BBULL FR
Vent Tube Detection with Electromagnetic Sensory (max. 60.000 containers per hour)
TECHNICAL PRINCIPLE:
Inductive inspection of the content of glass,
plastic and PET for metallic parts in the content
CONVEYOR:
Max. speed: 1,7 m/sec chain conveyor
(plastic preferable). The objects to be inspected
have to be calmed by a railing and as close as
possible guided to the sensor.
PERFORMANCE:
working distance of the sensor:
object sice: 60 mm on FE
50 mm on stainless steal
min 6 mm (tube)
object lenght: min. 105 mm
material thickness: min. 1,5 mm
The metallic objects have to stand upright on at least 60 mm height in the container
APPLICATION
Depending on the bottle´s diameters different configurations are required:
sensors diameter of bottle
BBULL FR 60 1 up to 60 mm
BBULL FR 100 2 up to 100 mm
BBULL FR 120 2* up to 120 mm
* supersensitive sensors
Vent Tube Detection with Electromagnetic Sensory STRATEC FR
